1. Pick a game
Choose a game from the list and you’ll go to its own address (for example chess.gamenow.us). Each game has pages for rules and strategy, its history, and rankings.
2. Practise against the AI
Under “Play vs AI”, choose Easy, Normal or Hard and press Start. In dice games you can choose how many AI players join. New to a game? Start on Easy with the rules page open.
3. Invite friends
Press “Invite a friend” to get a five-character room code and an invite link. Send the link in any messenger; your friend signs in and lands straight in your room, and the game starts when every seat is filled. In multiplayer games the host can also press “Start now”.
4. Quick match and rankings
Two-player games offer “Quick match”, which pairs you with whoever is waiting. Ranked games use Elo ratings and appear in each game’s leaderboard. Everyone starts at 1200.
5. Time limits and etiquette
Online games have a time limit per move. Dice games continue automatically when time runs out; strategy games are lost on time. Leaving mid-game may count as resigning, so please play to the end.
FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. Every game, the AI, online matches and rankings are free.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox), including on phones and tablets.
Do I have to sign in?
Not for AI or pass-and-play games. Online matches, invitations and rankings need a GameNow account.
What if the 3D view is slow?
Press “Top view” under the board for a flat overhead view. On older devices the graphics quality is reduced automatically.
Why isn’t Monopoly or Scrabble here?
Instead of trademarked games we included open classics from the same families — such as Ludo and Go — that anyone may play freely.
